We Automatically Fetch Your Orders... All the Time

Through our API, we ensure that your orders continuously appear in your order overview in Selveo. As soon as an order is placed in your webshop, you can see it in your administration, where the necessary items are immediately reserved in the warehouse.

Pick Your Orders

You can choose which orders to pack first. It could be orders that are time-sensitive in relation to the carrier or delivery method, orders located in a specific area, or based on the number of items per order. You can create fixed lists and routines for picking or decide what makes the most sense on a given day. You can always change or add rules and parameters to determine what you want to handle first. You have the option to pick one order at a time (order by order), multiple orders simultaneously (batch picking), or orders with only one item (single picking). You can choose to pick from our scanner into totes, use printed order sheets, or a combination of both.

Time to Pack

Once you have finished picking, you can leave the cart to the packers or go to the packing station yourself to complete the job. Just log in at the station and scan the tote you want to pack and send. The tote is not locked to you, and anyone can take from the cart and help pack. You can also change the shipping method and pause orders if needed.

Intelligent Purchasing Engine

When you have picked and packed your items, actually already at the reservation of items, Selveo's intelligent purchasing function already knows what needs to be ordered from your suppliers. Based on criteria you help define, whether it’s to order to a minimum, a 14-day forecast, or something else entirely, we calculate what you need based on sales history. You can then easily and quickly create a purchase order (PO) and send it directly to your suppliers.

Receive Your Goods

Once you have sent the order to your suppliers, you can enter an expected delivery date on the PO that is now linked to the delivery, so Selveo knows when to expect the delivery and you can start selling the items on your shop before they even arrive at your warehouse. When the items arrive and need to be received in the warehouse, use the existing PO to receive and check for discrepancies. Once this is done, the orders missing items from the delivery are released for picking, and you can start the picking process again.
