We can provide recommendations on the quantities to purchase based on your historical sales, lead time or production delays from your suppliers, seasonal or time-sensitive products, and many other parameters that may be important to you and your business.

......can also help you set up various purchasing scenarios, where you always have the option to choose the scenario that best fits your business. You can adjust your purchasing proposals differently for each product, allowing you to order only when sold, or to always maintain a minimum stock level of, for example, 2, 5, 10, or 15 units (you decide), so you never run out completely, or just wish to sell a product as complementary to your remaining assortment.
The purchasing assistant will always provide suggestions that you can review, add other items to, or adjust the quantities based on your knowledge of your business. In other words, you will always be the one approving what should be ordered before pressing the button. However, it is also possible to automate the ordering of, for example, NOS (Never-Out-of-Stock) items or based on parameters you set, if desired. We already do this for a number of companies today, saving a lot of time for the purchasing department.

...... A PO (Purchase Order) is generated that can be sent to your suppliers. Here, you can set the expected delivery time, either based on a predefined lead time or ask the supplier to confirm a delivery date. You can upload invoices to the desired PO, and once the warehouse has received the order, your PO will be updated to reconcile your lines and see if there are discrepancies between what was ordered, invoiced, and received. You can also set a new delivery date for any delayed items, and you will always be able to see what is incoming and what is still to be delivered from your supplier.
